2015/16 ESSA Inter-Divisional Championships - East Division Online Entry Form
Due to changes to the ASA calendar, the Inter-Divisional champs are being moved from June to October. This is why there is two Inter-Divisional Championships in 2015.
Below is the online entry form to submit an entry to be considered for the East Division team to compete in the 2015/16 ESSA Inter-Divisional Championships on 3rd and 4th October, 2015 in Leeds.
Deadline for completion is 17th July.
When the online form is completed and submitted you will receive an e-mail with all the details included on your submitted form (as long as the e-mail you have included is valid).
