Hertfordhsire School Districts

For school swimming, Hertfordshire is divided into  6 districts, based on the old Education boundaries, for both Primary and Secondary schools. To view the map click here. Note that areas North Herts (1) and Stevenage (2) are combined into North district.

School Districts are:
1. North
2. East
3. Mid
4. Waford
5. Dacorum
6. St Albans

For a child to swim in an ESSA event (which includes any HSSA or district gala) the school that the child attends must be within the Hertfordhsire boundary and it must be affiliated to ESSA through the local district schools' swimming/sports association, or directly to HSSA.
