Event: 2015 ESSA Inter-Divisional Championships. 27/28th June 2015. Venue: Sunderland

ESSA will hold the 65th Inter-Divisional Championships on the 27th and 28th June at Sunderland

• Any swimmers attending schools within East Division (including Hertfordshire) can submit an entry to be considered to represent East Division at this gala.
• Events are a combination of 100m and 200m for the individual events (+400m IM & Free, and long distance 800m/1500m) and 4 x 100m for relays. It is an ASA level 1 Long Course meet.

• There is 3 age categories: Juniors Yrs 7&8, Intermediate Yrs 9&10, and Seniors Yrs 11,12, &13. Ages are for the 2014/15 school year. These apply to all events except the long distance, which are Open.
